We thank you for your consideration in supporting Gleaming Water Inc. 

Our attorney tells us you might want to know the rules of the Florida Invest Local.  This isn't all of them, but it covers the big items. 

1. Only a Florida legal resident may buy shares signified by the address given below.

2. That potential accredited investors can invest as much as they choose.

3. That potential unaccredited investors can only purchase up to $10,000.00.

4. When funds move to the Gleaming Water Inc. deposit only bank account, a 180-day investment window opens.

5. On the 180th day, if the funds in the bank account are not equal to or greater than the minimum value that GW Inc. notified the State of then the funds must be returned to the investor. No exceptions to this rule.

6. We set the minimum at $100,000 and if it is reached in forty days, we may keep the investment window open until the 180th day and the $100,000 can be transferred to the GW Inc. Operating Account.

7. Under the Florida Invest Local, the maximum allowable total investing level is $500,000.

Once the minimum value is reached, our attorney will coordinate with the bank to transfer this portion of the funds to the Operating Account of Gleaming Water Inc., and your shares will be delivered via the means you specified.
