The original GW Pitch Deck...was boring. It was boring because unless you go for deep science you'd say, "Hey dude, it's just water."

For the same reason I hate the Pitch Deck concept. Pitch Decks create a way for entrepreneurs to eliminate themselves. The Pitch Deck mentality says most startups need 'Wizbang' to sell. So anybody's new junk will sell with the right 'Wizbang'.  Therefore, ask the entrepreneurs to eliminate themselves by not having the best, competitive, 'Wizbang'.

What GW does is make Water.

Drinkable water from Water Vapor. Without the intricate science...no 'Wizbang'.

No one else makes Water from Water Vapor economically. In point of fact, WaterGen, Water-boy and the others, works out to Ten dollars a gallon! Don't do the math of dollars/gallon/year and Water-boy sounds great.

Home use devices are not the competition for Gleaming Water Inc.

Economically better than desalination is the KEY.

You can see the Catalyst Data. No one else has this Catalyst.  The Catalyst isn't rational. That's a true statement, unless you go deep in the physics of light, then it makes sense.

Q.   Can GW Inc. Pitch against an algorithm? Or Elon's X IPO?

A.    No.

Q.   Will GW Inc. sell millions of catalysts to Gen Z, M or T?

A.    No.

Q.   GW Inc. sells water.  GW Inc. might sell shares of the corporation to expand.

Water has and always will sell, by the cubic yard or by the bottle., Maybe to a 10 year old, an 11, 16, a forty or a ninety year old.

Q.   Will they buy and give it to a friend?

A.   Of course. Water has no age limitations.

Q.   Will they buy $10,000 worth?

A.   Not in a month, but overtime, yes!

Q.   Will they quit buying water?

A.   Only when someone else is in charge of their life.

Pitch that against a new computer game or a new radar chip for the Navy.

As an investor, you either like that Water is a forever product that can't be replaced or you don't.

The facts are:

  •      The world needs more water

  •      Water is simple

  •      Water Vapor is an endless supply of drinkable Water

Because I know the ins and outs of the patent, I can tell you that without item #2 the method fails. Without item #4, the economics suffer. Without the Catalyst, the method would be another failed attempt. Without item #1, three and four are a waste of money.  Gleaming Water Inc.'s patent expires in 2044.

Maybe that can be said in a way that an investor looking at the new Wizbang app and comes across GW Inc. Maybe a super salesperson can make that Wizbang seem inferior to Water. Maybe? Maybe not.

Remember that Wizbang sells fast because it is the next gaming narcotic for the young/middle-ages customer. And it goes out of favor while the young/middle-ager is drinking water.

Water is a forever need.

To a potential investor we want to say, 'we have examined bottled water, municipal water, and six other potentials. All have strong competitors or huge bureaucracies, that make the road to profitability dangerous.

Data Centers are GW Inc.'s future.

Water cools Data Centers.

No Wizbang does that.

Water does not overstimulate the Data Center operation, it fits a specific purpose.

Data Centers pose a risk for cities because Data Centers use 1-5 million gallons/day.

Data Centers can't go on standby when the city must conserve water.

Data Centers need their own dedicatied source of water. GW Inc. is that dedicated source.  GW Inc. can build in excess capacity to handle Data Center expansion without a huge time delay.

That's the Pitch.
